1. Agreement to Terms

By using our mobile tyre fitting and repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Provision & Call-Outs

We aim to reach all customers within our stated 20-30 minute window; however, this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Severe traffic, weather conditions, or restricted access areas may affect dispatch times. A minimum call-out fee applies to all dispatched emergency vehicles even if the tyre cannot be safely repaired due to severe sidewall damage.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted over the phone or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information provided. Final prices will be confirmed on-site before any work commences. Payment must be made in full immediately upon completion of the service via Cash, Credit Card, or valid payment link.

4. Warranties

All new tyres supplied by Dubai Tyre Expert carry the standard manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Puncture repairs carry a limited workmanship warranty. We are not liable for incidental damage to rims if they were already damaged prior to our arrival.
